Chair
Responsible for leading the Club, focusing on strategic matters, overseeing decision making and supporting committee members in their roles.
Represents the club externally, liaising with stakeholders and the county FA. ​

Vice-Chair, Football Development
Oversees coaching standards, player development and all football pathways at the club.Supports managers and coaches, ensuring training programmes and player development initiatives align with FA coaching standards.

Dave
Vice-Chair, Facilities
Manages all club facilities, including pitches and equipment to ensure they meet required standards. Includes liaising with fixture secretaries, kit suppliers and facility providers to ensure players have access to safe, high-quality football environments.

Interim Child Welfare Officer
Ensures all FA safegaurding and child protection policies are implemented and fully maintained.
Manages DBS checks, safeguarding training and compliance for managers, coaches and volunteers.

Tresasurer
Manages the club budget, monitoring all income and expenditure, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to meet long-term club objectives. Sources additional external funding, through grant applications and sponsorship negotiations.

Secretary
A vital legal, governance and administrative role ensuring that all governance, compliance and communication functions run smoothly.
Responsible for maintaining, recording and storing all club records correctly.

Barry
Dynamites & Wildcats Officer
Supports coaches and managers for junior football, covering players from the age of 3 to 5 years, as well as non-competitive girls football with MDFC Wildcats (from 5-11). Works to ensure a safe, friendly environment for children to enjoy football.

Boys' Teams Manager Rep
Supports coaches and managers of the boys' teams, sharing updates from the committee and ensuring the views and concerns of their respective teams are represented. Works to improve coaching support and overall team experiences.

Girls' Teams Manager Rep
Supports coaches and managers of the girls' teams, sharing updates from the committee and ensuring the views and concerns of their respective teams are represented. Works to improve coaching support and overall team experiences.

Registration Officer
Manages player registrations each season, ensuring all players are correctly signed up and eligible to play. Supports parents and coaches with any registration queries and work closely with the various leagues to keep records up to date.​

Hanna
Fundraising & Events Officer
Leads fundraising and event planning, developing and implementing a fundraising strategy to meet the club's financial targets. Works with volunteers to run events and identifies community engagement opportunities.

Cat
Communications Officer
Delivers clear, effective communication between the club and its members, as well as promoting the club externally. Manages internal and external communication channels to ensure content is current, relevant and aligns with club values. ​

Karen
Kit & Equipment Lead
Ensures all kit is ordered and supplied for players and coaches at the beginning of the season, and that teams have everything required for training and games. Deals with replacement kit or issues with equipment throughout the year.

Chris
Fixtures Secretary Rep
Organises and coordinates match schedules for all teams, working closely with leagues, opposition clubs and MDFC mangers. Helps to ensure fixtures run smoothly each week and provides updates to teams on any changes.
